Home has always meant more to me than walls and a roof. It’s safety, stability, and the foundation for every new beginning. I’m Sherry Corney, a Seattle / Tacoma Realtor, advocate and proud mom of seven. I’ve spent the past ten years helping families turn uncertainty into confidence and dreams into keys in hand. My calling to real estate came from lived experience: when my own family faced housing challenges after moving to Washington, I learned firsthand how deeply “home” impacts every part of life. That experience is why I show up every day determined to help others find the security and stability they deserve.

In real estate, I lead with heart and hustle. I treat every listing as if it were my own; pricing strategically, marketing creatively, and negotiating fiercely to help sellers earn top dollar. For buyers, I’m an educator and guide, simplifying the process and helping them move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether it’s helping someone buy their very first home or guiding a family through a big transition, I show up with care, strategy, and a deep understanding that this is so much more than a transaction.

But what drives me most isn’t just closing deals. It’s helping people build legacy. I believe every family deserves a fair chance to plant roots, create stability, and pass something meaningful on to the next generation. That’s why I also serve as President of the Federal Way Boys & Girls Club Advisory Board and lead workshops focused on financial literacy and homeownership readiness. To me, education and empowerment are just as important as keys and contracts.
